• Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7:30-10am unless other requests are made.
• Visiting friends and family are welcome to join you for breakfast with advance notice.
• Children over 6 are welcome, but we do not provide separate extra bedding.
• The Webb-Bigelow House and grounds are non-smoking.
• Please inform us of your arrival time. We cannot accommodate guests arriving after 10pm. However, once checked in, you may come and go as you please.
• We are unable to accept cats. Crated dogs are welcome with advance notice.
• Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Payment will be refunded in full if cancellation is made 10 days prior to occupancy. If an emergency requires you to cancel your reservation, we will try to apply your payment to subsequent possible arrival date.
